This pattern is for a garter stitch sweater, knit all in one piece, with buttons at the shoulders and intarsia sheep decorating the stocking stitch yoke.

I have included my standard baby pants pattern as a bonus.

Sizes: 0-6 mths, 6-12 mths, 12-18, 18-24, 24-36 months

4 ply yarn.

Sizes: 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12 – 18 months, 18- 24 months, 2-3 years.

Yarn: 4 ply baby yarn – suggestions: Shepherd baby, Dale baby ull, Debbie Bliss baby cashmerino 100g (150, 150, 200, 200) main colour (MC) Small amounts of similar yarn for motif in black and white

Needles, notions and accessories: 3.25 mm needles, yarn needle for sewing up, crochet needle for buttonholes – similar size to knitting needles, 4 stitch markers

Gauge: 24 sts x 48 rows over 10cm in garter stitch using 3.25 mm needles
